SELLING EVENT-RELATED PRODUCTS ON-SITE
Events can last for long hours and even days. Though audience come to watch and finish the whole show, their focus somewhat disappears in the middle of the show. To keep them glued in to the hype of the event, we need merchandisers like you who can liven up the corners of the venue and create endless choices of rare finds for our audience as your potential consumers.
WHO WILL SEE YOUR MERCHANDISE?
We will be inviting all k-pop cosplayers and dancers in and out Manila. This will give you a unique opportunity to reach those performers as well as their all their supporters in their represented city, their affiliations, fellow groups, their parents, families and friends with your sponsorship. If your k-pop themed shop has a product or service that targets these groups, it is an ideal opportunity!

May 7 (Mon) - first batch registration opens for cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 10 (Thurs), 12mn - deadline for registration of first batch of cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 11 (Fri) - list of 1st batch of pre-registered cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 13 (Sun), 2 pm @ SM Megamall -pre-selling of tickets-first registration of cover groups, merch, FCs, media -M5G meet and greet and M5G posters for sale
May 14 (Mon) - second batch registration opens for cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 17 (Thurs), 12 mn - deadline for registration of second batch of cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 18 (Fri) - list of 2nd batch of pre-registered cover groups, merch, FCs, media
May 20 (Sun), 2pm @ Sophie Dance Studio, Cubao (see map for directions to the venue) - second registration for over groups, merch, FCs, media, pre-selling of tickets and sneak peek of M5G acting training
*June 9 (Sat) - event itself^_^
