Heizman

The Heizman dance was created by 3rd Flo, as was the song Do The Heizman. The signature move of this dance is inspired by the posture (one arm stretched out with the palm of the hand facing out in a blocking fashion while the other arm clutches a football close to the chest) of the figure on top of the Heisman Trophy.

The main dance sequence of the Heizman dance includes bouncing in place, crossing and uncrossing the arms while stepping in a shuffle-like fashion to either side, and then performing the signature move with one arm and palm outstretched and lifting the same leg up.
