Application forms are now available at the Admin Office, 2nd Level of Harmont Village Mall.

Mechanics:
1. Crews must abide by the eligibility rules of Harmony Village Mall – Hip Hop Dance Craze 2017.
2. This is an “Open” category.
3. Each entry should have a minimum of seven (7) members and a maximum of ten (10) members who may either composed of all male and female or a combination of both. 15 to 25 years old. First 15 applicants will be accommodated.
4. You can get the Registration form at 2nd floor of Harmony Village Mall Admin Office from December 3 – December 20, 2017 (Look for Ms. Claudine)
5. Music can be mixed and performance should not exceed five (5) minutes including entrance and exit and be submitted three (3) days before the event.
6. Pyrotechnics and the use of vehicle and / or dangerous stunts are not allowed.
7. Crews are required to complete the registration form. Failure to comply with all the necessary requirements before the imposed deadlines by the coordinators will automatically cancel their participation.
8. Judges decision is final and irrevocable.
