3. Registration form and mechanics can be availed or secured by sending your e-mail account to above cell phone numbers.
4. Registration Fee is fixed to Php1,500.00 regardless of the number of crews per dance group.
5. Fill-up the Official SayawMagsikan 2012 Registration Form completely. If the space provided is not applicable, place “NA”.
6. Attached copy of the Dance Group’s picture preferably in dance attire (picture to be used as dance group picture in the contest billboards and streamers)
7. Attached individual pictures of the dance crew on the second page of the registration form. (This is being done to avoid borrowing of member/s from one group to another)
8. Completely filled-up Registration Form can be submitted thru:

10. Intention is different from Registration; Intention can be done prior to the registration, this is being done in order for the dance organizer to schedule the group according to its location and more or less check the capacity of the venue and time constraints.
11. Dance Groups can only send intention to join or register on the areas specified below; this is being done to give way to the talents on each areas, viz:
