Michelle Rio, or Lady Fitness Dancer is the one who mainly wrote articles for Dancepinoy.com under the Dance Fitness section. Her dancing background is mainly on group fitness exercises as she has been keeping herself fit and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle since she was thirteen years old. She has been trained under fitness professional Antonio Marc Dungo who maybe better known as the guy in the Likas Papaya ad. Her other trainings in fitness dancing include: FITPHIL Group Exercise Seminar at the Ensayo Gym in Araneta Avenue, The Flow: The 3rd Philippine Mind and Body Conference in “The Valley”, New Manila and Vinyasa Krama Yoga Workshop 1 and 2 in Richmonde Hotel. She has also attended jazz workshops at Douglas Nierras Powerdance. As the Manager of Dance Pinoy, you don’t see her dance that often but Mitch ,as she has been fondly called, actually specializes in strip and tease, belly dancing and other sensual/erotic dances with foundations of jazz. Dance Sports Team Pasay holds the Dance Sports Council of the Philippines Junior Title for 2 consecutive years and (1st) & (2nd) STARBALL International OPEN Dance Competition Junior Latin C champion and Youth Standard Grade A & C Champion last DSCPI Quaterly Ranking & Competition held last March 2009.

Jayson Clark Millado, a.k.a. Jaycee is a promising thespian trained by Cash Crew Cavite, Philippine All Star Hiphop and 046 Crew Cavite Philippines. He teaches at D’South Rotation Dance Studio owned by Christian Sekhanan in BF Paranaque. He has also done collaborations with XPeople/Streetboys’ original choreographer Allen Neil Castaneda in a Binangonan Rizal Birthday Showcase. Jaycee also guested with Cavite Squad for Lani Mercado ‘s meeting de advance as she was then running for congresswoman. He also judged as at the Binan Dance Competition and Breakdance Competion organized Carl Aubrey Jaca, former Dance Pinoy flash mob dancer.
