KPop ballad group 2AM capped off their tour in Manila with a Grand Showcase held at Eastwood Mall Open Park on April 30. We here at Fangirl Diaries are giving you a rundown of the events that transpired that night.

As expected there were a lot of repeat fangirls in the audience who wanted to catch one last glimpse of the crooners before they flew back to their homeland.

Excitement started to build when the boys arrived about two hours before the show and rehearsed behind the tarpaulin-covered stage. Fans waiting in line to get in and curious bystanders started to crowd along the barricades hoping to catch a glimpse of the (mostly) towering idols (sorry Kwon!).

The show was opened by pop acoustic duo Krissy and Ericka. The girls helped excite the crowd even more before for the coming of the boys.

2AM sang six of their hits: Can’t Let You GoConfession Of A FriendYou Wouldn’t Answer My CallsLike CrazyThis Song, and I Did Wrong. Plus a surprise acapella performance of Sisqo‘s Incomplete that turned the fangirls in the crowd into mush.

The boys weren’t the only one dishing surprises. Since three out of the four members of the group celebrate their birthday this May, MCA brought on to the stage a cake to commemorate the occasion. Not wanting to leave Jo Kwon behind, they gave him a little advance birthday gift as well.

With high spirits and energy, the 2AM boys were even coerced to imitate Kkab Kwon. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, not only did we get to see the infamous kkab dance but we got an embarrassed version from the other three. (See HD fancam below!)

Keeping this short and sweet, we’ll let the videos and photos from last night do the talking.
