1. MINIMUM OF 10, AND MAXIMUM OF 15 MEMBERS PER DANCE GROUP. (14 YRS. OLD AND ABOVE ONLY)
2. COMPLETELY FILLED OUT APPLICATION FORM PER DANCER/S. DULY SIGNED BY EACH MEMBER/S.
3. GROUP PROFILE / WRITE UPS– NO HAND WRITTEN AND MUST BE IN ENGLISH
4. GROUP PICTURE:
• 1 SOFT COPY – CD FORM (TAKEN FROM DIGITAL CAMERA, NOT THRU PHONE CAMERA)
• 2 HARD COPIES - CLEAR COPIES (3R)
5. (2 COPIES) GROUP ROUTINE/MUSIC – (REAL PLAYER FORMAT | MP3) MIN. OF 2 MINUTES, MAXIMUM 2.30 MINUTES PER ROUTINE

STEP 1 - Pre-enlistment registration
Text your group details: Group Name, Official Contact No., Official E-Mail Address, Group Leader, and Location at 0906-5546126 | 0999-5995951 | 0933-9473336.
STEP 2 – Wait for Groove 2011 E-mail
As soon as we received your group details, we will send the Mechanics, Invitation, and other details about the competition in your official email address.
STEP 3 – Completion of Requirement/s
Read all the documents sent to you and fill-up the Groove 2011 official form duly signed by each member.
STEP 4 – Mail the requirements
Upon completion of your requirements, send all the documents, registration forms, CD’s, pictures etc. to REIN F. TAPALES at Blk. 75, Lot 6, Road 42, Robinson’s Homes East, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City. Zip Code 1870
