Here's the journey for DP so far...
2008
Dancepinoy.com as a "friendster" for dancers has been born. It is where dancers and dance enthusiasts alike exchange ideas about their love for the craft. The social networking site became a venue for building wider connections.
Dancepinoy.com expanded to an e-zine which offers media sponshorships and event collaborations to organizers. Also with the mag came along the dance directory where all the events are archived as well as groups and studios, and the dance library where all info about the different genres of dance can be found.
2009
STEP OFF 2009: THE STOMP CHALLENGE
This was Dancepinoy.com's first dance competition which was staged along with the FAME Philippines 2009 Fitness and Expo. The Stomp Challenge is a fresh idea of dance competition in the whereas it introduces "Stepping" in the Philippines.

HIP HOP NATIONAL INTERSCHOOL 2009
The hip hop fever is evident in movies, television, music and fashion. In fact, this trend has already conquered the Filipino youth’s way of life, especially in dance. The success of Filipino dancers in international competitions has inspired local dance groups to shift gears by adopting hip-hop as their primary dance style. Since the upturn of hip-hop dancers around the country is phenomenal, the DANCEPINOY.COM joins the bandwagon by launching HIP HOP NATIONAL INTERSCHOOL.

DANCE ARTISTS NURTURING CULTURE THROUGH ENTERTAINMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC
Having been formed for the NCCA Sayaw Pinoy Contemporary category, this group eventually became the resident dance company of DancePinoy.com, which perofrmed in various corporate events and guested on different TV shows. Also, the group has held three auditions and dance classes last year.

DancePinoy.com gathered participants and choreographed the steps for Earth Hour Mob Dance.
March 6 and 12 ll MoA and Boni High
DANCE Philippines gathered all dance crews and produced Shindig 1 and 2 for Ignite Productions.

DANCE! Philippines offered dance classes to both dancers and dance enthusiasts.
