Dear Volunteer,

 

Here are your final reminders before D-day!

 

Technical rehearsals will be from 5 am to 9 am at the Baywalk near the

Fountain, Mall of Asia, March 6, 2010, Saturday. 

 

For those that have work or class in the morning, we are requesting you to

attend at least until 7 am so that you can get the feel of the place and

know where to be for the afternoon performance.

 

Please BE ON TIME. We have arranged for 2 pick-up points in Araneta

Center, Cubao and SM Bicutan.

Again we are asking you to PLEASE BE ON TIME as some your fellow dancers

need to leave early to go to work or class.

 

Please come in normal, everyday attire and bring your props such as bags,

headphones, heels (for women), caps etc…

 

Call time for the afternoon performance is at 3 pm.

 

Again PLEASE BE ON TIME. Details regarding the registration, cues and

positioning for the afternoon performance will be announced before and

after the technical rehearsals.

 

Again (and I know we sound like broken records)we cannot stress enough the

importance of being on time especially for the performance in the

afternoon. There will be no huddle before the performance itself so you

must know the proper cues.
