Mananguete is a Visayan occupational dance in Tolambugan, Lanao. It depicts in pantomime all the stages of tuba gathering such as sharpening the scythe, cleaning the bamboo containers, climbing coconut trees, getting tuba, pounding, squeezing and straining the sap of the mangrove bark, mixing and then tasting the finished product.
